1.After logging into your account, click on Online Personal Shopper .
Provide the item description, quantity, product number, and total price, including shipping to our warehouse. You can find the total cost by adding your items to the shopping cart on your chosen website, proceeding to checkout, and entering our shipping address. Once you have the total, enter all this information into the form and click Next to continue.
Our Online Personal Shopper will check availability and purchase products
When we proceed with your purchase, we will verify the availability and pricing of the items. If the details and prices match your Assisted Purchase request, we will place the order. However, if the items are unavailable or the prices exceed what you provided, we will contact you through your ShipHop account to inform you of any discrepancies.
Once We received the item, we’ll place it in your suite for you to ship whenever you’re ready.
Once your package is delivered, we will inspect the items to ensure the order is accurate and that nothing was damaged during transit. After the inspection is complete, your package will be placed in your ShipHop account, and you will receive a notification. You can then schedule the shipment of your package to your chosen destination, with shipping charges applied at that time.
