Ship Hop LLC (“We”) reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service periodically without prior notice. Any enhancements or modifications to the current service, including the introduction of new tools and resources, shall also be governed by the Terms of Service. Your continued usage of the service after any such alterations shall signify your acceptance of the changes. Violation of any of the outlined terms may lead to the termination of your account.
Account Terms:
1. You must be at least 18 years old to utilize this service.
2. Only humans are permitted to register accounts; accounts created by bots or automated methods are prohibited.
3. During the signup process, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other requested details.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Ship Hop LLC holds no liability for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to adhere to this security requirement.
5. Each individual or legal entity is allowed to maintain only one account.
6. The service must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activities, and users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including copyright regulations.
7. In cases of any discrepancies, the English text will be deemed authoritative, despite any translations provided on our website or services.
Registration:
1. Registration must be completed with authentic personal details, including your real name, address, email address, and telephone number.
2. The information collected during registration will solely be used to provide buying and shipping services, and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
3. Ship Hop LLC reserves the right to close or limit account access if any provided information is found to be untrue or incomplete.
4. Periodic informational emails regarding our service may be sent, but users have the option to opt out via their account settings.
Payments / Pricing:
1. All payments must be made in US Dollars.
2. Payments must be made using payment methods owned by the account holder; using others’ accounts for payments is prohibited.
3. Payments can be made at any time and will be applied to the account balance upon receipt. Wire transfers are subject to a flat $10 fee per incoming transfer and receive an additional 3% bonus.
4. Service fees will be charged at the time services are rendered, and all shipping costs and outstanding service fees must be settled before item shipment.
5. Service fees are non-refundable except at the discretion of Ship Hop LLC.
6. Prices for services provided by Ship Hop LLC are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Refunds for positive balances exceeding $10 can be requested only if the locker is empty. Balances under $10 cannot be refunded but can be used for future ShipHop services. Promotional credits are non-refundable.
Our Warehouse:
1. Upon registration, a shipping address and unique customer identification number (“SHP Number”) will be assigned. This full address, including the SHP Number, must be used for all deliveries to our warehouse.
2. Our responsibilities commence upon physical delivery of items to our warehouse. We hold no liability for undelivered items.
3. Our services entail storage, handling, and shipping of items, with all items remaining the sole property and responsibility of the account holder.
4. Freight services are not provided; items exceeding specified dimensions may require special handling arrangements. Certain items may be unsuitable for shipping and may need to be returned to the original shipper or disposed of.
5. Return of items to the seller within the US is possible upon request, with the account holder bearing all associated shipping costs.
6. We maintain security measures, including 24-hour monitoring and insurance coverage for stored items. Claims for lost or damaged items can be filed, subject to proof of value.
7. Climate control is provided within our warehouse.
8. Free storage is provided for 180 days; after this period, a storage fee applies. Parcels deemed abandoned will be disposed of.
9. Parcels not shipped within 7 days of packing will incur storage fees, with abandonment after 45 days.
10. Warehouse access is by appointment only, with no parcel pickups permitted.
Shipping Conditions:
1. Parcels are supported for shipping, with no support for forwarding common mail item such as letters, magazines , Etc.
2. Standard US units of measurement are utilized; metric units may be provided for convenience but are not the standard.
3. Packaging services are available, with additional options for extra safety at additional cost.
4. Pack requests can be canceled, with fees applicable if already executed.
5. We reserve the right to reject pack requests based on various criteria.
6. Supported shipping methods are displayed via the shipping calculator, with dimensional weight considered for certain methods.
7. Estimated delivery times are provided as general estimates, with no guarantees.
Prohibited Items:
1. Usage of our service prohibits storing or shipping of certain items, including but not limited to guns, explosives, toy guns, swords, bows, arrows alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, E-cigarettes, vaporizers,
narcotics, sex toys, pornography, Plants of any kind and in any form, including seeds, Drones or drone parts, poison, acid, hazardous waste, any item deemed potentially dangerous, hazardous, or illegal Any item prohibited by the carrier company.
2. Restricted items may have limitations on shipping to certain countries or under specific conditions. Ex:

Risky items, such as eyeshadows and eyeshadow palettes, items susceptible to damage from temperature fluctuations during shipping, containers with oil, and extremely fragile items like glass containers, light fixtures, light bulbs, kitchenware, and sculptures, can only be shipped at your own risk. ShipHop bears no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from damages to these items during transit, as they are considered uninsurable.
4. In the event of receiving any prohibited items on your behalf, we will promptly notify you of the situation. You will then have a five-business-day window to arrange for the removal of the item from our warehouse using a supported method, including returning it to the original point of sale or another address within the United States. After this five-day period elapses, any remaining items will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of accordingly. Prohibited items that cannot be shipped within the United States due to carrier restrictions or local laws will be disposed of immediately. ShipHop holds no liability for financial damages resulting from such disposal.
Import and Export:
1. Customs declarations and values must be accurately provided before shipment, with the account holder responsible for any related charges.
2. Ship Hop LLC is not liable for duties, taxes, or tariffs associated with import or export.
3. In cases of parcel return due to customs issues, the account holder bears all associated return shipping charges.
4. Local customs and export authorities may inspect parcels, with compliance to all applicable laws the account holder’s responsibility.
5. Export of items exceeding $2,500 in value may require additional documentation.
Shipping Insurance:
1. Shipping insurance is offered to cover damages during shipment.
2. Postage costs for insured parcels are refundable only in cases of non-delivery.
3. Insurance coverage is available at a specified rate per $100 unit of insured value.
4. Total insured value per parcel is limited.
5. Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted within specified timeframes.
6. Conditions apply to coverage, including exclusions for certain circumstances.
7. Claims are paid out into the account balance.
Mediation Service:
1. You’re responsible for communicating to sellers of items sent to our warehouse. But if you want help, we offer a mediation service for $5 per inquiry.
2. If you choose this service, we’ll communicate with you first to get all the details. Then, we’ll reach out to the seller for you to sort things out.
3. The $5 covers all our communication with you and the seller for one inquiry. If you have more inquiries about the same item or seller, each one will cost $5.
Electronics Power On Testing:
1. Testing of electronic devices is available for a $5 per item.
2. Testing involves powering on devices and does not guarantee future performance.
3. Users are informed of test results and can opt for returns if desired.
Shop4me Service:
1. At your request, we will purchase items on your behalf for delivery to our warehouse.
2. The commission for this service will be $5 plus 7% of the total price of the order.
3. Shop4me orders are limited to a total value of $2,500.
4. We will purchase only items matching exactly those you request. You are responsible for communicating with us all optional details, including sizes, colors, capacities, desired features, etc.
5. If we cannot determine the correct configuration, we will not complete your purchase until we have confirmed these details with you.
6. Occasionally, the price of products may change between the time we receive your request and the time we attempt to purchase on your behalf.
· If the price of requested items at the time we attempt purchase is lower than the price expected, your account will be billed for the lower amount. The remaining funds will remain as a credit balance on your account.
· If the price of requested items at the time we attempt purchase is higher than the price expected, we will not purchase the items without confirmation from you.
· You will have the option at the time you make your request of defining a range of acceptable price fluctuation. If we have such prior instructions from you, and the price of the product increases within the range specified by you, we will make the purchase.
· If you choose to specify a range of acceptable increase in price, your account must be adequately funded to cover the full range. If your account is not funded sufficiently to cover the purchase and all associated fees, we will not make the purchase.
7. At your request, we will attempt to cancel Shop4me orders that have not been processed by the seller.
8. If you would like to return a Shop4me item that has been checked in, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges not covered by the vendor’s return
· We cannot refuse delivery of any unwanted parcel due to the volume of parcels received at our warehouse.
· Any refund made by the vendor will be applied to your account at the time it is received by us.
· Shop4me Commission cannot be refunded for items returned after arrival at ShipHop.
9. As part of our Shop4me service, we will provide mediation service between you and the vendor of any Shop4me item at no additional charge. Such mediation will be limited to the purpose of resolving specific issues related to the condition, characteristics, or delivery of Shop4me items, including;
10. Shop4me items are not sold to you by us. Our role is acting as your proxy to purchase items which you specify on your behalf. Shop4me items are sold to you by the vendor of your choice.
· We provide no guarantee or warranty of any kind for any Shop4me item. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for damage prior to arrival to our warehouse, incorrect items, items in condition not as described by the vendor, items lost before delivery to our warehouse, or any other issue related to the condition, characteristics or delivery to our warehouse of a Shop4me item.
· You agree that, in the event that you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback action against payment used to fund Shop4me purchases, you cede ownership of any such Shop4me item to us, and your account is subject to restricted access until the issue can be resolved.
· Original invoices, tracking numbers, and order numbers will not be provided for orders placed using the Shop4me service.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
1. Users agree to adhere to the company’s policies regarding refunds, insurance, and compensation claims.
2. Compensation claims outside the terms and conditions will be rejected.
3. Users agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for compensation not covered by the terms and conditions.
4. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, the user’s account will be closed, and future services will not be provided.
Termination
1. The company reserves the right to close any account at its discretion.
2. Users can close their accounts at any time without penalty, provided the balance is zero or positive. Remaining funds will be refunded via supported payment methods. Closing the account forfeits access to customer service, shipping insurance claims, and all services provided by Ship Hop LLC.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Ship Hop LLC website, along with all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services provided on or through the website, are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless stated otherwise in writing. Ship Hop LLC does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services provided through it, unless specified in writing. By using the website, you expressly agree that you do so at your own risk. Ship Hop LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. License & Access:
SHIP HOP LLC provides you with a restricted license to access and utilize the website for personal purposes only. This license prohibits downloading or altering the website, except for page caching, without the express written consent of SHIP HOP LLC. It also prohibits any resale or commercial use of the website or its contents, as well as the collection of classified advertisements, descriptions, or prices. Additionally, derivative use of the website, downloading or copying of account information for another merchant’s benefit, and the use of data mining or similar tools are not permitted. Framing techniques to enclose trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information of SHIP HOP LLC or its affiliates without written consent are also prohibited.
